Tech Cyber Security Specialist - Data Obfuscation

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement robust data obfuscation solutions to protect sensitive information across various platforms and environments.

- Apply best practices in data encryption, key management, attribute-based access control (ABAC), and unstructured data protection.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data security policies and controls are effectively integrated into systems and processes.

- Take accountability for data security challenges within the product portfolio and provide timely solutions.

- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations related to data protection and obfuscation techniques.

- Maintain a deep understanding of information security principles and architecture design to support secure data handling.

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, business partners, and clients to foster collaboration.

- Communicate effectively at all levels, including senior management, to articulate security risks, solutions, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of overall experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in a Cyber Security or equivalent technical specialist role.

- Proven expertise in data protection technologies, including encryption, key management, and data obfuscation strategies.

- Strong knowledge of information security architecture and principles.

- Experience with attribute-based access control (ABAC) and unstructured data protection is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with technical teams and senior management.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and accountable mindset.

- Ability to build positive relationships and consult effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in Cyber Security or Data Protection (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) are a plus.

Experience working in regulated industries or environments with strict data compliance requirements
