We are seeking an experienced and organized Program Manager with over 3 years of experience in managing and coordinating complex programs across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will excel at planning, communication, stakeholder management, and driving projects from concept to completion in a structured, measurable, and efficient way.

This role is focused on non-technical initiatives such as operations, HR, business strategy, training, marketing, or corporate services.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop program objectives, define scope, timelines, resource plans, and execution strategies across multiple initiatives.


- Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, vendors, and partners to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.


- Track progress of programs, maintain dashboards, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and escalate when needed.


- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful program delivery.


- Identify inefficiencies in operations or workflows and lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.


- Ensure programs align with organizational policies, standards, and compliance requirements.


- Maintain accurate documentation of plans, meetings, and decisions.


- Guide and support cross-functional team members, clarify roles, manage dependencies, and help resolve issues impacting delivery.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.


- Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience in a non-technical domain such as HR, operations, education, marketing, NGO, etc.


- Proven ability to manage multiple programs or large-scale projects simultaneously.


- Strong skills in planning, time management, and execution.


- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet.


- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and influence without authority across diverse teams.


Preferred Skills:


- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project/program management certification.


- Experience working in nonprofit, education, healthcare, or corporate operations domains.


- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.


- Experience in monitoring KPIs and outcome-based reporting
