About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our Paid Media initiatives and drive impactful business outcomes. This role requires a highly strategic and hands-on digital marketing professional with deep expertise in performance marketing across multiple platforms. As the Lead, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, executing data-driven campaigns, and scaling digital channels to achieve business growth targets.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executorcapable of analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and leading cross-functional collaboration while keeping the organization ahead of evolving digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display, and Programmatic channels.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance to maximize ROI.
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure campaigns meet key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and overall revenue contribution.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Paid Media specialists to achieve excellence in execution and innovation.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, learning, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure alignment of individual goals with business objectives.
Data Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
- Identify insights from campaign data and develop optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create detailed performance reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for creatives, ad copy, audience segmentation, and landing pages.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, ad tech developments, and platform updates.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors.
- Explore and implement new digital channels and growth marketing strategies to diversify acquisition.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to align paid media efforts with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and business units to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with data and technology teams to leverage automation, AI-driven bidding, and advanced analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing.
- At least 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams and handling a portfolio of 10+ accounts.
- Proven track record of driving successful multi-channel digital campaigns in diverse industries.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic Platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (UA/GA4), Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM/Marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of SEO, remarketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
