Team Leader - Equity Research - CA/CFA

Qualification: CA / CFA

1. Research:

- Conduct fundamental research and analysis of companies in India and globally (listed, unlisted, start-ups)

- Attend management calls, speak to people in the market to better understand target companies

- Conduct valuation exercises via modeling such as DCF analysis to estimate true company valuations

- Performance analysis of investments (monthly, quarterly)

- Analyze potential investments in listed and unlisted (VC / PE funds, early-stage ventures / mature businesses) Indian & Global (particularly the US) market on case to case basis

2. Company related accounting and taxation:

- Help in strategic decisions in terms of company audit, income tax, GST etc.

- Co-ordinate with the auditors / GST consultants for any queries during tax filing
