Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for maximizing Company sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents.
- Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with renowned developers.
- Extensive real estate experience with rich experience in people/Team management.
- Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site.
- Managing & driving the channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network.
- Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
- Train and evaluate the teams performance (10 to 15 employees).
- Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates
- Knowledge of projects in Market.
