Team Lead - Quick Commerce

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage and optimize their dark store operations, focusing on efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and team leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Includes:

Daily Operations Management

- Optimize store layout and picking routes to maximize efficiency

- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels

- Ensure order fulfillment meets SLA and quality standards

Partner Management

- Drive performance metrics and productivity standards

- Implement best practices for employee safety and engagement

Performance & Analytics

- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency

- Generate daily/weekly performance reports

- Set and monitor KPIs for team performance

Quality Control

- Ensure proper handling of perishables and temperature-sensitive items

- Implement and monitor food safety protocols

- Manage expiry tracking and rotation systems

Process Improvement

- Optimize picking and packing methodologies

- Reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality

- Collaborate with tech teams on system enhancements

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience with Excel
