Job Title - Team Lead-Project Finance, Real Estate/Construction/EPC companies

Reporting to : The CEO

Job Location - Mumbai & Gurgaon

Job Purpose :

This position is responsible for structuring, negotiation, execution & monitoring of complex project finance transactions for Real Estate/Construction/EPC companies. This is a team management role which would require strong collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders such as builders, contractors, financial institutions, technical consultants etc. This position will play a key role in ensuring deal closure & lifecycle management of clients.

Direct Responsibilities

- Deal Origination & Structuring: Generating fresh leads from assigned sector. Lead financial analysis, due diligence and feasibility assessment for new projects. Develop financial strategies which would help in executing the project. To develop detailed financial model for clients to ensure optimum financial planning.

- End to end Project Finance Management: Understanding client requirement & prepare a detail end to end plan for project financing. Coordinate with legal advisors, technical consultants for their valuable inputs. Review information received from client related to their financial, business projection, past project financing track record etc. Understand & highlight risk involved if any.

- Team Management: Leading the team from the front. Provide proper guidance to team members to achieve departments objective. Review & guide financial analysis presented by team members. Delegate tasks, ensure effective execution of work assigned & monitor performance.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross functional teams to drive business objective & support strategic initiatives. Be a single point of contact between client & internal stakeholders.

- Compliance Management: To ensure process adherence while executing the project finance deal. Track & manage Project KPI's & financial parameters.

- To identify broader challenges in project financing, develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement on continuous basis and work towards making a simplified process flow for quick processing.

- To continuously work on feedback received from internal as well as external stakeholders
