- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Leader with proven experience in the BPO/KPO industry to lead and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, resolving conflicts, ensuring smooth team operations, and delivering on key metrics and KPIs
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and service level agreements.. Foster a positive and energetic work environment to keep team members engaged and productive
- Monitor daily operations, workloads, and schedules to ensure efficiency
- Handle and resolve team conflicts professionally while maintaining team cohesion
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.. Generate, analyze, and present team performance reports and dashboards.. Maintain accurate data records and oversee data management for the team
- Create and manage performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and process improvement.. Identify training needs and organize sessions to upskill team members
- Bachelor's /master's degree or equivalent preferred.. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Team Leader role in the BPO/KPO sector
