Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end office leasing transactions with a focus on tenant representation.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of self-sourced business opportunities to ensure consistent deal closures.
- Drive business development initiatives, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized real estate solutions.
- Manage and support a team of professionals, ensuring achievement of individual and collective revenue targets.
- Oversee transaction management (brokerage) for office spaces, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing market insights, trends, and strategies to support their real estate requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions and office leasing.
- Prior exposure to IPC or leading real estate broking firms is preferred.
- Strong expertise in tenant representation (mandatory) - not landlord representation.
- Demonstrated ability to generate own leads and close high-value transactions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Strong negotiation, client handling, and communication skills.
