Were hiring a Team Lead to drive growth across influencer commerce, affiliate programs, and our tech platform (MintLink). Youll lead a cross-functional team, manage client outcomes, and scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead & Strategize: Own growth strategy, revenue KPIs, and team performance across influencer, affiliate, and platform functions.
- Affiliate Monetization: Scale influencer affiliate programs (YouTube, Instagram, etc.), optimize performance, and manage payouts.
- Platform Growth (MintLink): Drive adoption, manage creator onboarding, and align with product to shape roadmap.
- Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end brand campaigns - briefs, negotiation, content, compliance, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:- MBA from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital, consulting, brand management, or media/agency roles.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience (clients, vendors, internal teams).
- Proven leadership in managing teams and owning P&L.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate models, and creator platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable with data tools, reporting, and driving decisions through metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Experience in high-growth or startup-like environments with agility and ownership.
Preferred:- Hands-on experience with influencer/affiliate campaign execution.
- Exposure to negotiation scenarios contracts, vendors, pricing.
- Track record of quantifiable impact campaign results, revenue growth, engagement metrics.
- Passion for creator economy and digital commerce trends.
