TE Connectivity - Senior Manager - Sales Operations

Job Overview:

- Manage Digital projects involving the understanding of business needs as well as existing digital technologies.

- Design and deliver core and ad hoc analysis, along with first level interpretation to provide insights and support decision making by individuals, business group managers, and division leaders

- Proactively identify root causes on KPI changes and update management

- Work closely with developers to quality of data and dashboard designers to provide meaningful views to the business-critical information.

- Communicate with multiple teams to gather information and provide management level summary.

- Solve ad-hoc requirement of Management related to data for critical decision making

- Provide trainings and presentations to the Sales Team

- Provide clarifications, and support to the technical development team

What Your Background Should Look Like:

- MA/BS in Business / Data related, MBA preferred

- 4+ years of professional experience in either Sales, Analytics, Project Management or similar function.

- Experience in handling large volumes of data, providing insights, spotting anomalies, identifying trends and complex relationships.

- Exposure to working with Sales KPI's.

- Experience on translating business questions to insights and analytical solutions

- Expert level in MS Office

- Experience on analytical tools like Tableau/Power BI are preferred

- Knowledgeable of Sales data and processes

- Experience in Project Management (Waterfall/Agile)

- Experience in Automotive Industry
