Location: 22nd Floor Tower C Building No 5 DLF Epitome Gurgaon Haryana.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced strategy professional to join our Corporate Strategy team and help shape the organizations long-term vision and growth agenda.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proven ability to solve complex business problems, and experience working with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

A management consulting background is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives:

- Support the development of the companys long-term strategy in alignment with the vision and market opportunities.

- Identify new business opportunities, market entry strategies, and potential partnerships.

- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.

Business Problem Solving & Analysis:

- Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives to address critical business challenges.

- Develop robust business cases and financial models to evaluate potential investments and initiatives.

- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Project Leadership & Execution:

- Drive strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

- Collaborate with business units to align on goals, KPIs, and success measures.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with CXOs and senior leaders to facilitate strategy discussions and decision-making.

- Prepare high-quality presentations, board papers, and strategy documents.

Performance Monitoring & Review:

- Track execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives.

- Identify and escalate risks or deviations, recommending corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

- Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution preferred.

- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.

- Strong expertise in market analysis, business modelling, and problem structuring.

- Proven track record of driving strategic projects with measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
