- Navigate SharePoint and look for county specific updates and apply the same while processing the counties.
- Extracting data from raw file and transforming the data to standard format as requested by client using SQL.
- Analyzing data source mapping for data extraction.
- Ensure maximum throughput of processed county tax roll data to meet service level.
- Guide the team members to analyze real estate information received from various counties to make rule based decisions.
- Routinely document and communicate processing queries to other departments.
- Lead should help the team members to efficiently analyze and capture data.
- Lead client discussions and provide weekly reports and dashboards for client review.
- Act as a SME for process to answer procedural questions and assist in resolving complex or escalated issues.
- Review the performance of associates and do random quality audits to guage the process health and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Utilize knowledge of team, procedures, trending and research reporting to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains.
