Senior Sales Consultant
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading consultative sales engagements with mid-to-large enterprises.
This role demands a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the digital marketing and analytics ecosystem.
You will uncover client needs, co-create tailored martech solutions, and guide prospects from initial discovery to solution onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:Client Discovery & Consultative Engagement:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client challenges, marketing maturity, and business goals.
- Engage C-level and senior marketing stakeholders in strategic discussions about digital transformation.
- Translate client needs into solution opportunities by mapping Tatvic's services and capabilities.
Solutioning & Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to build customized offerings (GA4, GMP stack, GTM, CRO, data visualization, etc.
- Develop business use cases, strategic roadmaps, and proposal documents with compelling ROI justification.
- Deliver solution walkthroughs and value-driven presentations tailored to client contexts.
Client Acquisition & Deal Closure:
- Maintain and grow a qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead qualification, technical scoping, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
Client Onboarding & Strategic Handover:
- Coordinate internal handoffs to ensure seamless onboarding and early-stage delivery.
- Stay involved during onboarding to align expectations and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Ensure accurate documentation of business requirements and alignment with technical teams.
Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in the MarTech, analytics, and data-driven marketing space.
- Maintain competitive awareness and share field intelligence with internal product/solution teams.
- Keep CRM systems updated, ensure data accuracy, and report key metrics to sales leadership.
Required Qualifications:- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 8 to 9 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MarTech, SaaS, digital marketing, or analytics consulting.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, solution scoping, and client stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign attribution, analytics frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience engaging with CXOs, CMOs, and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Tools Familiarity:Hands-on knowledge or familiarity with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google BigQuery / GCP
- Google Ads, DV360
- Marketing Automation & CRO tools
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Experience in verticals like eCommerce, BFSI, or digital-native brands is a plus.
