Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and consultative Sales Consultant who thrives on solving complex marketing problems for clients.
This role requires deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics landscapes.
Youll be responsible for engaging with mid to large enterprises, identifying their challenges, mapping them to Tatvics solutions, and guiding them through the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Discovery & Consultative Engagement
- Engage in consultative discussions to map client needs with Tatvic's offerings.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, prepare business use cases, and co-create roadmaps with clients.
Solutioning & Proposal Development
- Prepare and present proposals, value frameworks, and customized decks aligned with client needs.
- Clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of Tatvics services.
Client Acquisition & Deal Closure
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Onboarding & Handover
- Ensure all business and technical requirements are well-documented and communicated.
- Remain involved during early phases to ensure expectations are aligned and met.
Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration
- Provide feedback to product/solutions team based on client interactions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report progress regularly to sales leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and client solutioning.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders and marketing leaders.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to solution-based frameworks
- Comfort with data interpretation and presenting business value through analytics
