Accountabilities:Role Overview:- Lead client relationships by managing expectations through comprehensive requirement gathering and timely deliverables.
- Support the client team with ongoing analytics needs and system maintenance.
- Develop and drive digital analytics strategies aligned with industry-specific KPIs.
- Leverage data to inform and optimize business processes and growth strategies.
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to identify performance improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to derive trends and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to ad-hoc business analyses and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business requirements.
Role Responsibilities:- Translate business needs into analytics strategies and execution plans.
- Use tools like GA/GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
- Employ SQL and statistical techniques to analyze digital data.
- Ensure deliverable quality through SLA adherence and client-ready reporting.
- Engage in storytelling with data to make insights accessible and actionable.
- Maintain high task efficiency and delivery utilization metrics.
Skills Required:Must-have Tech Skills:- Google Analytics / GA4.
- Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
- SQL (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving.
- Dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Good-to-have Tech Skills:- Knowledge of GTM, BigQuery, Google Ads, Optimize, DV360.
- Statistical Analysis.
- Business acumen and consulting experience.
- Understanding of SLA metrics and delivery quality.
