What You'll Do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients
- Build deep, trust-driven relationships with decision-makers & influencers
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to meet growth goals
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
- Be the client's voice internally - align solutions with their evolving needs
- Analyze client feedback, market trends & competitor activity
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene - track interactions, pipelines & deal stages
- Report on revenue trends, renewal rates & client performance
- Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless service delivery
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of renewal & upsell ownership
- Strong client communication and relationship-building ability
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into growth
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts & priorities independently
- Experience with CRM platforms and performance tracking
Good to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, Analytics, or MarTech industries
- Exposure to consultative selling and storytelling with impact
- Ability to drive data-backed recommendations for client growth
- Previous success in revenue-driven roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
