This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, driving renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The role demands a proactive approach to engagement, strategic account planning, and a strong understanding of client business needs to maximize revenue retention and expansion.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue retention and expansion.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios through proactive engagement.

- Analyze client feedback, industry trends, and competitive activity to refine account strategies.

- Independently drive business growth within managed accounts rather than solely relying on inbound opportunities.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.

- Provide strategic recommendations to clients, helping them derive maximum value from company solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive resolution of client challenges.

- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, deal progress, and pipeline in CRM and internal tracking systems.

- Track key account management metrics and report progress against goals.

- Provide structured insights on client performance, renewal rates, and revenue trends to senior management.
