- Independently drive business growth within managed accounts rather than solely relying on inbound opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients, helping them derive maximum value from company solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive resolution of client challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, deal progress, and pipeline in CRM and internal tracking systems.
