Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand the company's market reach and acquisition channels.

- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to onboard high-value partners efficiently.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners to drive mutual business growth.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner programs with sales and marketing initiatives.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes.

- Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, training programs, and enablement resources.

- Resolve partner-related issues proactively and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or technology sectors.

- Proven track record in partner acquisition and onboarding with measurable business impact.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment.

- Knowledge of CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack) is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud services, software products, or digital platforms.

- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel sales strategies.

- Strong networking skills and an established network of industry contacts.
