Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate potential partners aligned with company goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to maximize partner engagement and success.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements to strengthen partnerships.

- Provide partners with training, resources, and support to optimize collaboration and business outcomes.

- Manage partner onboarding and enablement processes.

- Resolve partner issues promptly and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

- Report regularly to senior management on partner activities and progress.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of business development and partnership management principles.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
