Consumer & Market Insights
- Identify trends, consumer behavior shifts, and category opportunities.
- Track competition and generate new ideas.
- Conduct consumer research and extract actionable insights.
- Write research briefs and translate findings into business opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to design and optimize POSM strategies, in-store activations, and shopper marketing programs to maximize conversion rates and ROI
Innovation & Execution
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects.
- Oversee product development, packaging, and artwork processes.
- Manage IO/PO processes smoothly.
- Ensure projects align with business and financial goals.
Marketing & Asset Creation
- Support creative asset development (ads, packaging, POS materials).
- Independently design marketing creatives when needed.
- Develop strong, legally compliant product claims.
- Assist in 360- marketing and activation campaigns.
Business and Financial Acumen
- Working familiarity with P&L to validate business cases.
- Partner with Finance, R&D, and other CFTs for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure projects drive brand growth and market success.
Critical success factors for the Role
- 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with landing innovation projects
- Running CFTs
- Brand marketing / FMCG brand exposure
- Great inter-personal, presentation & communication skills
Desirable success factors for the Role
- Experience: Have worked in BTL/Event-led roles or organizations with some creative development
- Consumer Trials: Understands broad levers to generate consumer trials for existing products
- Excel Proficiency: Fluent in Excel with the ability to run varied formulas
- Communication Skills: Fluent in oral and written communication with the ability to deliver multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Brand Management: Experience in brand management preferred
