Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, sales strategies, and updates.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Sales Performance:
- Set sales targets and objectives for the team in alignment with the company's sales goals.
- Monitor team performance against targets, analyze sales data, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective sales strategies to maximize results.
- Work closely with team members to assist in closing deals, resolving customer issues, and overcoming objections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Present reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven minimum of [2] years in a leadership role.
