Manager - Performance Marketing
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
This role requires a datadriven marketer who can plan, implement, and scale paid campaigns while managing budgets and driving highquality leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Manage endto-end campaigns from planning, ad creation, targeting, and A/B testing to reporting.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design/content teams for creative ad assets.
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of handson experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Experience with retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Ability to manage large ad budgets efficiently.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience with other paid media channels (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO basics to complement paid strategies.
