Task Robots - eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic E-Commerce Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad.

This role focuses on managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including sales-to-order cycles, supplier coordination, and generating insightful MIS reports.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong grasp of e-commerce platform management, inventory management, payment gateway integration, and efficient order processing.

This role requires a proactive start-up mindset, multitasking ability, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales-to-Order Cycle Management: Efficiently oversee the entire sales-to-order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Order Creation: Accurately handle the creation of sales orders and purchase orders while adhering to operational standards.

- MIS Reporting: Generate daily and weekly MIS reports to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decisions.

- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with a wide range of suppliers daily to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong vendor relationships.

- Logistics and Sales Collaboration: Partner with logistics and sales teams to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively to avoid stock discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.

- Payment Gateway Integration: Manage and troubleshoot payment gateway processes to ensure seamless transactions.

- Process Documentation: Reconcile and document all operational processes and reports for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 4 ears of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

- Expertise in e-commerce platform management, inventory control, and payment gateway integration.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a high attention to detail.
