As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of growth and success at TartanHQ.
You will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Business Development and Partnerships
Sales And Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Operational Excellence
- Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the SaaS, Fintech or banking industry is mandatory.
- Sales Experience: Must have a Software Sales and Enterprise Sales experience along with a good network.
- Ready To Travel: This role may require travel inter/intra-city up for up to 50% of the time for client visits.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as influence stakeholders at all levels.
