Role Overview:
- We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the SAAP / NS digital initiatives in a complex, multi-country global delivery environment.
- The role requires a strong track record in digital transformation programs, deep understanding of global banking delivery processes, and the ability to work across distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Prior HSBC experience is mandatory to ensure familiarity with governance frameworks, delivery models, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of SAAP / NS digital initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope and budget.
- Manage complex global delivery engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to implement scalable and compliant digital solutions.
- Oversee governance processes, reporting, and compliance requirements as per HSBC standards.
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and guide project/delivery managers within the program.
- Implement best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as per project needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory: Prior HSBC experience in a delivery leadership role.
- 8+ years in project/program/delivery management, with significant experience in digital transformation projects.
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-country global delivery programs.
- Strong understanding of digital banking solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of delivery governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience in SAAP / NS digital platforms and related HSBC enterprise systems.
- Banking/financial services domain expertise, especially in digital channels.
