Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Chennai. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate between various teams.

- Responsibilities include resource allocation, workflow management, process optimization, and maintaining quality standards.

- The role also involves liaising with clients and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Experience in overseeing and managing IT projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Prior experience in Custom Web Application or Mobile App Development is beneficial.

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
