Role Overview:

As an Associate Principal - Talent Partner, you will manage leadership hiring mandates, working closely with founders, CXOs, and HR teams to find and place top executive talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end executive search mandates, ensuring successful closures.

- Partner with CXOs and founders to define hiring needs and strategies.

- Build and manage strong leadership talent pipelines with research teams.

- Conduct candidate evaluations and structured interviews.

- Drive negotiations and offer closures for leadership hires.

- Maintain structured hiring processes and reports.

- 10+ years in executive hiring, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.

- Experience in leadership hiring for high-growth businesses.

- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
