Job Description:


We are currently on a look out for a Talent Management professional for developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with a company's business goals and support its talent acquisition, retention, and development objectives. This includes managing performance, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Here's a rundown of the job duties these professionals are often responsible for.
Job Location - Lotus Corporate Park, Goregaon East


Experience - 4 to 8 years


Roles and responsibilities:


- Assess training needs through assessments, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers/department heads to understand skill gaps and development opportunities.


- Design & develop comprehensive training program or course materials


- Facilitate career development discussions and create individual development plans collaborating with Talent Management lead


- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness. Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs.


- Work closely with department heads, and leadership to align L&D initiatives with organizational objectives.


- Prepare, Monitor and manage budget, ensuring cost effective delivery of training program.


Preferred candidate profile:


- 4-8 Yrs of experience of Talent Management administration for multinational corporations.


- Exposure to transition/offshoring of L&D/Talent Management activities would be preferred.


- Preferably experience from manufacturing or FMCG sector

Required Soft Skills:

- Good Communication & Leadership skills


- Highly motivated, creative thinker, self-starter, and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills.


- Good at time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
