Talent Manager


Objective:


- To strategically grow and manage the company's Indian talent pool, aligning with corporate goals and supporting rapid expansion within our software and content creation teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies specifically for the Indian market.

- Identify and utilize diverse sourcing channels, understanding the nuances of the Indian talent landscape.

- Understand the specific requirements of software development and content creation roles within the Indian team.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for Indian hires, from job description creation to onboarding.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience, tailored to the Indian cultural context.

- Implement efficient and effective recruitment processes, optimized for the Indian market.

Talent Development and Retention:

- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of the Indian team.

- Implement retention strategies to minimize employee turnover, considering the Indian employment market.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, respecting Indian cultural norms.

Performance Management:


- Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers within the Indian team.

- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations, tailored to the Indian context.

Cross-Cultural Communication:

- Act as a bridge between the UK and Indian teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

- Navigate and manage the complexities of cross-cultural communication.

Employer Branding:

- Enhance the company's employer brand in the Indian market to attract top talent.

- Develop and manage employer branding initiatives, tailored for the Indian audience.

Data Analysis and Reporting (India):

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics for the Indian team to identify areas for improvement.

- Provide regular reports on talent acquisition and retention efforts in India.

Legal Compliance:

- Ensure all recruitment and employment practices comply with relevant Indian labor laws and regulations.
