Talent Management Role


Responsibilities:


- The role primarily focuses on execution of key talent management initiatives covering talent identification, assessment, career planning development and learning strategy. It also covers responsibility for global collaboration on talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overseeing talent analytics and MIS reporting.

- Implement and operationalize the Global Talent Management Review process across Regions & Global functions by consolidating talent data, tracking progress, and ensuring timely action on talent initiatives globally.

- Drive the global deployment and management of e-Learning University.


- Ensure smooth onboarding of participants, maintain updated demographics, and coordinate global communications. Oversee regular talent analytics, reporting on Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, and providing insights for driving the program globally.


- Proactively identify and resolve issues with the implementation of the e-university program. Ensure regular assessment and reporting on program effectiveness.

- Support in senior-level hiring and ensure alignment with global Talent Acquisition TATs. Track

- Oversee the Talent Management budget, coordinate with regional & global functional teams, and ensure cost alignments throughout the year.

- Foster strong relationships with Talent Management SPOCs, Regional HR leads, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operationalization of talent initiatives.

- Work with the Global TM Head
