Building processes around end-to-end talent lifecycle including leadership development, succession planning, engagement, and L&D strategy
Oversee performance calibration, talent reviews, and high-potential programs
HR Technology & Analytics:
- Develop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and insights to guide strategic decision-making
- Drive implementation of HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms
- Introduce Gen AI, automation to improve HR operations
- Ensure governance, compliance, and data integrity across all digital HR systems
- Executive Compensation & Workforce Planning:
- Design Key Management Personnel compensation structures, including short/long-term incentives and equity plans
- Stay updated on market benchmarks and regulatory guidelines for CXO-level pay
- Partner with CHRO & CEO on workforce optimization strategies
- Present analytics-backed compensation proposals
Desired Profile
- Full Time MBA - HR with 5-10 Years experience out of last 2 years must be working as a Talent Management COE for Mid Sized Organization.
- Must be open for a work from Office Environment.
