Job Responsibilities-

We are hiring a Google Ads Head to lead, strategize, and oversee all paid advertising initiatives across Google platforms for our business, catering to both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns, develop high-performing strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of the organization's marketing goals while managing a team of professionals or external agencies.

Some of the core areas of responsibility would be:

- Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns for Indian and International markets.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists to ensure consistent performance and growth.

- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of campaigns to achieve high ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

- Innovative Strategies: Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements:


- Master's degree in Marketing or similar discipline.

- 5+ years in digital marketing, dedicated to managing Google Ads campaigns.

- Proven success in managing paid search, YouTube, and display campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Ads Manager.

- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO) is an advantage.

- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels is a plus point.

- A proven track record of executing international campaigns is an added advantage.

Other Details:

Location: Remote/Work from Home

We work Monday-Saturdays.
