- Optimize ad performance to meet and exceed key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Develop robust keyword strategies and audience targeting tailored to parents of young learners.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and create actionable reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging, parent-focused ad assets.
- Monitor budget pacing and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across geographies and campaigns.
- Stay on top of Google Ads innovations and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated success in managing lead generation campaigns, ideally in the edtech or D2C space.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills-comfortable with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Google Ads certification(s) preferred. Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and an eye for detail.
- Experience targeting parents or managing campaigns for products aimed at children is a big plus.
