Job Description:
As a Technical TA Specialist, youll play a critical role in scaling the client's technology and product teams.
Youll partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and the people team to shape our hiring strategy, own the recruitment lifecycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and product roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data, QA, Product, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and tech stacks
- Strategize sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, etc.) and leverage innovative channels to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Drive interview processes, manage scheduling, feedback loops, and close candidates with strong offers
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding
- Build a strong tech hiring pipeline through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and community engagement
- Track and report recruitment metrics  time-to-hire, conversion ratios, and source effectiveness
- Own employer branding for tech hiring  drive content, campaigns, and employee advocacy on social and professional platforms
- Work closely with HRBP and L&D teams for onboarding and early-stage employee success
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting for high-growth startups or tech-first companies
- Strong understanding of modern technologies and engineering principles (Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, Docker, etc.)
- Prior experience hiring for backend, frontend, data science, product, and DevOps roles
- Excellent sourcing skills  boolean search, GitHub hunts, referrals, passive candidate engagement
- Ability to assess tech talent beyond resumes  portfolio reviews, GitHub insights, open-source contributions
- Strong ownership mindset, hustle, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
