Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various domains, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes to support fast-paced and high-growth teams across engineering, product, HR, marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both tech (e.g., Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers) and non-tech (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance) roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team culture
- Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus, events, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic/video interviews
- Coordinate technical assessments and interview panels as needed
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth interview and hiring experience
- Negotiate offers and facilitate pre-onboarding activities
- Maintain data integrity in ATS and generate hiring reports/metrics
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in both tech and non-tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL) and non-tech profiles (e.g., Sales, HR, Marketing, CA, Financial operations, Research)
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles across business units with changing priorities
- Experience in fast-paced/startup/enterprise environments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for both domestic and international locations (optional)
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/Human Resources
- Familiarity with DEI hiring practices and data-driven recruitment strategies
