JOB DESCRIPTION:

Multiverse Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on IT recruitment to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent.

You will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing the best individuals to contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from understanding the hiring needs to onboarding the successful candidate.

This includes:

- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing requirements, technical skills, experience levels, and team dynamics.

- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans tailored to specific IT roles and business needs.

- Crafting compelling and accurate job descriptions that attract relevant candidates.

- Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates, including job boards (Naukri and other multiple portals), professional networking sites (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

- Effectively screening resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.

- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.

- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

- Facilitating the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Conducting thorough reference checks.

- Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending offers of employment.

- Handling pre and post-offer follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive joining experience for new hires.

- Collecting necessary documents and ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures.

Technical Expertise:


- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including:

- Hiring technical developers (e.g., Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, Mobile).

- Hiring technical consultants across different domains.

- Hiring Cloud engineers and consultants (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with hiring non-technical profiles such as Inside Sales and Sales roles is also desirable.

Sourcing and Talent Pipelining:


- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Communication and Coordination:


- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Job Portal Proficiency:


- Possess strong hands-on experience with Naukri and other relevant job portals for sourcing, job posting, and candidate management.

Reporting and Analytics:


- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics.

Market Awareness:


- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a significant focus on IT recruitment.

- Demonstrable success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of technical roles.

- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends.

- Excellent sourcing skills utilizing various channels, including job boards (Naukri and multiple portals), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other networking platforms.

- Proven ability to effectively screen and assess technical skills and cultural fit.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
