Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of the sales hiring needs and requirements

- Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent in the market

- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage with potential candidates

- Screen and assess resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates for open positions

- Conduct in-depth interviews, both in person and over the phone, to evaluate and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Implement and conduct pre-employment tests and assessments to ensure the quality and success of the candidates

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations and onboarding

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality of hires, team cohesion, and retention of top-performing employees

- Continuously develop and improve recruitment strategies to support business growth and achieve hiring goals
