Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across business functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, sourcing expertise (including niche roles), and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including corporate and manufacturing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms (internal portals, job boards, social media, recruitment agencies).
- Proactively source candidates through databases, social media, job portals, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for key and recurring roles, ensuring readiness against backfill needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, including onboarding, performance reviews, and processing payments.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, cost per hire, etc.) using recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Support pre-joining engagement and onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with TA policies and support internal and external audit processes.
- Promote employer branding through strategic sourcing and communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (varies by level of role).
- Strong sourcing skills, especially for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive recruitment strategy.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in corporate and manufacturing hiring environments.
- Understanding of employer branding and campus hiring (if applicable).
- Prior experience in policy implementation and TA audits is a plus.
