- Preparing a search plan -list of target organizations basis the profile to be recruited

- Source applications from Taleo, job portals, networking sites and internal and external references

- Comprehend the applicants' current profile and shortlist the same as per the requirement.

- Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them.

- Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects in accordance with the mandate.

- Conveying and convincing the candidates how the mandate being offered would benefit his career progression path.

- On selection of the candidate, following up on documentation, setting salary expectations, managing salary discussion with business & candidate

- Extensive stakeholder management in order to achieve the hiring goals

- Providing the business with market intel as and when required

- Portals used: Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs.

- Business covered : Fund Services, Risk, Fixed Income, Global Markets, Legal, Finance, Investment management, Front office etc.

- Have received multiple appreciations from the business in reducing the TAT needed to close mandates.
