Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team by setting goals and performance benchmarks.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top senior talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms with third-party recruitment agencies.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
- Train and mentor team members on effective recruitment techniques and candidate engagement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for senior management review.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Participate in industry events and job fairs to increase brand visibility.
- Foster a positive candidate experience to enhance retention and referral rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on senior-level recruitment.
- Proven experience in leading a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in recruitment.
- Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of employment contracts.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in recruitment is a plus (e.g., AIRS, SHRM).
