Role Overview:


The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for sales and marketing roles, ensuring seamless hiring processes, and managing a team to meet business needs. This role involves extensive stakeholder management, senior-level discussions, offer negotiation, and process optimization to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Hiring Execution

- Lead recruitment efforts for sales and marketing roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer closure.

- Develop proactive hiring strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.

Stakeholder & Senior Leadership Management

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.

- Engage in senior-level discussions to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

Offer Management & Negotiation

- Manage offer closures, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

- Ensure competitive yet cost-effective hiring while maintaining candidate experience.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

- Implement best practices in TA processes, leveraging data and market insights.

- Drive efficiency through technology adoption and continuous process improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 12-15 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Proven expertise in hiring for sales and marketing roles.

- Strong stakeholder management, senior leadership interaction, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in leading a team and driving talent acquisition processes.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
