Experience:812 Years.
Looking for resource from Salesforce consulting or SI partner org.
Must have Salesforce Hiring exp. with Team leading.
- Drive all aspects of recruiting from end to end for various hiring needs including but not limited to sourcing, attracting talent and initial HR screening of candidates to ensure the right fit.
- Responsible as an individual contributor for working end to end on Salesforce skills, Niche skill and confidential hirings through headhunting efforts.
- Strategizing efforts to proactively build a network and strong connection in the Salesforce industry to create a talent pool and a strong hiring pipeline for future needs.
- Coach, drive & monitor the recruitment efforts by the team in an efficient and time-bound manner, and spearhead stakeholder management & communications.
- Develop and implement key recruitment strategies for internal and external candidate identification.
- Support the continued development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and recruiting processes with specified TAT.
- Take up & drive special projects from time to time to support business requirements, like but not limited to ATS implementation, Salary benchmarking, Org. branding front hiring standpoint, etc.
