
We are partnering with a leading FMCG conglomerate to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead (leadership hiring), who will drive end to end leadership hiring.
In this role, you'll align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, lead workforce planning, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes while ensuring a strong employer brand and diverse pipelines.
What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders to understand leadership talent needs and design hiring plans aligned across business needs.
- Hunt for the best of the best - source and work with search partners on finding top-performing talent.
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and growth.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing TA team.
- Leverage market intelligence, competitor mapping, and innovative sourcing.
- Champion TA tech adoption, automation, AI-driven tools, and diversity hiring.
- Use data to optimize key hiring metrics and outcomes.
- Enhance processes for scalability, efficiency, and change management.
- Own ATS data, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
- Lead projects that improve TA processes, implement best practices, and innovate recruitment strategies.
What we're looking for:
- MBA in HR from a top Tier 1 B School with 6+ years of Leadership hiring experience in a corporate.
- Must have worked in the FMCG sector and past experience in an Executive search firm
- Proven track record in leadership hiring (Tech & Non-Tech).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with high confidentiality & professionalism.
- Expertise with ATS, recruitment dashboards & HR analytics.
- Strong multitasking & project management skills.
