
Talent Acquisition Lead
Experience: 9+ years of relevant experience
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: 5 days a week, work from office
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, end-to-end recruitment strategies from sourcing to onboarding for:
- Technical roles in Data Engineering, Data Science, Digital Commerce, Cloud Engineering, Testing and Automation
- Techno-functional Business & Support roles for Leadership Positions, Middle Level Managers and Freshers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and occasional on-site visits to understand hiring plans, evolving talent needs and ensure alignment
- Build and manage strong external vendor partner ecosystems (colleges, job boards and staffing providers)
- Forecast hiring needs for new and existing client accounts based on business growth plans
- Oversee, manage and involve in all stages of candidate onboarding experience (including screening applications, conducting interviews involving internal panellists and client stakeholders with timely communication / collaboration across the board)
- Manage, train and evaluate team of recruiters:
- Ensure 100% adherence to recruitment SLAs & KPIs by closely monitoring recruitment funnel to meet & exceed hiring benchmarks
- Introduce innovative sourcing strategies using digital platforms, social media, employee referrals, and talent communities.
- Work closely with Marketing team to publish open positions across diverse digital sourcing avenues ensuring adherence with employer branding guidelines
Experience:
- A self-driven individual with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in lead talent acquisition roles in B2B & B2C companies
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers,and influencing management decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others
- Capture recruitment metrics and provide strategic insights with regular reporting to Executive
Leadership on recruitment health, plan to action, flag risks early on, and potential opportunities
- Ability to be strategic and tactical in decision making
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
- Excellent in MS Office and/or equivalent tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to groom and grow team of junior and mid-level recruiters
