- The firm is equipped with a multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral experience, mainly in industries such as Banking, Telecom, Renewable Energy, Pharmaceutical and Education etc.

B. A glimpse into what you might be required to do in our engagement :

- Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, consider other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently

- Undertake research work into the industry, markets and competitors. Be an integral part of the research and analytics to understand the issue in hand

- Identify system and process improvement opportunities which will positively impact the client

C. Desired Skills and Experience :

- Graduate from a Management Institution or have a Master's degree from a top institution with a strong academic background

- 5-7 years of Work Experience in Management Consulting/Strategy Consulting is a must

- Prior experience working in the Cement/Manufacturing/FMCG/Sugar/Chemical/Oil & Gas or Startup sectors is a must

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in at least one tool such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

- Deep interest in staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies for a proactive conversation with clients on potential disruptions and opportunities

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong business presentation capabilities

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization

- High level of self-motivation, ownership, adaptability, and a strong learning mindset

- Proven ability to make sound decisions and act effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
