JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Responsible for end-to-end business development initiatives.

2. Fostering a culture of innovation, and nurturing robust client relationships.

3. To Generate New Business from Existing Clients through Ready to offer Products/ Formulations from Swiss Garnier Group of Companies

4. To Generate New Business from Existing Clients through New Products/ Formulations Development from Swiss Garnier Group of Companies

5. To Generate New Business from Existing Clients through Site Transfer/ Tech Transfer

6. To Generate New Business by Adding New Clients to Swiss Garnier Group of Companies

7. To enhance Existing Business by Improving the OTIF and obtaining Optimized Yearly Forecast and Yearly Agreed Price Validity

Cross Functional Job Responsibility :

R&D : To achieve Completion of R&D Projects through Well documented NPDP for the Development of New Product/Formulation to ensure Timely Sample Submission , Approval & Concluding BOM, PBOm , Specification and Batch Designing. By adhering Targeted Time Line , Commercialization of R&D Projects Flawless Execution of Batches @ Manufactuing Sites

PPIC : Supporting PPIC Team with Optimized Yearly Forecast for the Existing Products, Monthwise Volume requirement, Minimizing the changes in Printed Packing Materials, Approval for Inventory Cost of Printed Packing Materials as per agreed MOQ through Listing Targeted Companies for obtaining Yearly Forecast , Quarterly Plan Orders and Confirm PO before 60 days before dispatch . Obtain Inventory of Printed PM @ Manufacturing facility and sensitize Client on timely consumption through Repeat orders .

Costing : Ensuring Precise & Detailed BOM & PBOM reaching Costing Team for the working , Providing visibility on the Volume of Business for every Product , Terms & Conditions agreed between Client & Swiss Garnier Life Sciences , Getting Price revision approval based on the facts provided by Costing Team by Submitting the Approved NPDP with Costing Team and ensure agreement between R&D and Costing Team on the BOM,Specification , Vendor , MOQ and Time Line . Targeted Products List along with Target Price and ensure conclusion of the Costing with in the targeted Time Line

SCM : RM - To Ensure Precise & Detailed Specifications, Approved Vendor for the RM used in the development of New Products/Formulation with the differentation for the Indiginious & Imported Materials for obtaining the Cost , MOQ & TimeLine and facilitate availability of RM for R&D Purpose through SCM based on the request from R&D Team . Timely approval from client on MOQ and Price variation as per the agreed time line.

SCM : PM - To Ensure Precise & Detailed Specifications, Approved Vendor for the PM used in the development of New Products/Formulation with the Feasibility confirmation from Packaging Development Team for obtaining the Cost , MOQ & TimeLine and facilitate availability of PM for R&D Purpose through SCM based on the request from R&D Team . Timely approval from client on MOQ and Price variation as per the agreed time line.

CQA : Ensure TECH Pack/Dossier/Quality Documents obtained from CQA based on the agreed time line ,Concluding the Market complaints in Time as per QMS through Submission of Business Plan for the Ready to offer Products , Plan to conclude the open Market Complaints
