Divisional Strategy & Projects shall have direct reporting to the Managing Director of the Bank and will be part of the Office of the Managing Director. Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate should be a management graduate (MBA Preferred).
- Total Experience of about 12-15 Years with about 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in banking and financial institutions.
- Experience in Product Management, Digital, Analytics, Strategy, Project Management or Similar roles will be an added advantage.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director and his team to define the Vision and Strategy of the Bank along with working on the plan to achieve the same.
- To Work with C-Level executives and departmental heads to develop strategies and execute on cross functional strategic projects that drive growth and transformation for the Bank.
- Work with the management team to deliver the broader goals thru strategic interventions and enablement. Execute on projects of strategic importance, responsible for project management and co-ordination amongst business lines, functions and external partners.
- Analyse and identify emerging opportunities for high growth of the organisation.
- Work with the Managing Director to identify the initiatives / tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursed. Conduct discussions with CXOs and Other Senior Executives and come up with specific insights and action plans needed to drive business improvement. Support decision making with fact based data analysis. Monitor external & internal sources relevant for the banks overall strategy, including market trends and external developments. Also engage relevant stakeholders to gather such key information.
- Assist in external partnerships / presentations like CII, ASSOCHAM, NAFCUB etc apart from developing and finalising presentations for the Board and Regulators.
- Assist in tracking performance of the departments against specific KPIs.
