SUROJ - Project Manager - MEP

Job Details:

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- The Key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety

- Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Client and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.

- Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.

- Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.

- Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.

- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications

- Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they

complywithauthoritiesregulations.

- Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.

- Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.

- Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.

- Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.

- Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.

- Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's.

- Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- To attend Kick Off Meeting with Management & Technical Department

- To give instant decision for various clients demand in coordination with office team.

- To maintain healthy reputation with various clients team like PMC, Consultants, architects, designer etc.

- To govern all vendors in term of execution in optimum package.

- To find local resources for project execution in optimum package.

- To follow all site safety and HR requirements.

- To take regular follow-up with client for payments by coordination with account team.

- To check and finalize sub vendors bills as per site.

- To carry out day to day monitoring of site.

- To work closely with project members and Management which may include Heads of Department to build relationships and establish project aims and objectives, scope, requirements, tolerances, expected benefits and budget.

- Internal coordination with other departments like operations & finance.

- Should have Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health, Safety systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system(IMS)

- IMS system implementation and improvements.

- Identifying training needs of departmental employees and ensuring effectiveness

- Should be Responsible & accountable for Environment, Health & Safety management implementation.
