Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Tech Leader with deep expertise in SaaS platforms, Agile delivery, and people leadership.

This role will be pivotal in driving secure, scalable product development, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, product, and business functions.

The ideal candidate excels in communication, enterprise architecture, and Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe), and DevOps best practices.

They are passionate about fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Comfort with experimentation, adaptability to suitable startup cultre, and a bias for execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor cross functional teams to deliver secure, scalable SaaS solutions.

- Comfortable organizing multiple parallel projects across teams.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove delivery impediments.

- Collaborate with Product team on backlog prioritization and business alignment.

- Support technical planning, architecture, and story refinement.

- Ensure planning, quality, performance, and compliance with the definition of done.

- Monitor delivery metrics and manage risks proactively.

- Align cross-functional teams on program increment objectives and delivery plans.

- Good to knowCI/CD, DevOps, and architectural best practices.

- Maintain delivery visibility through demos and stakeholder updates.

- Leverage tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for stakeholder updates.

- Provide ongoing coaching, career development, and performance management for the teams.

Requirements

- Proven experience of around 10+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, managing multiple Scrum teams in a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall.

- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

- Background in software engineering or back-end web services preferred.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or SAFe certifications strongly preferred.

- Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical deliverables.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving consensus in matrixed organizations.

- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a focus on delivering business value through team empowerment and accountability.

- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery oversight.
